These Terms of Use govern your use of the planningpoker.ca website (the “Site”), operated by Jailson Brito. They’re about browsing this informational site — using the Planning Poker product itself is governed by that product’s own terms, linked from within it.

planningpoker.ca is a static informational and marketing site describing Planning Poker. It has no accounts, no user-submitted content, and no backend.

Scrape or reproduce the Site’s content in a way that violates applicable law or misrepresents its source.
